An absolutely perfectly lovely Saturday, from start to finish.
Up nice & early to take Maca in for a service - okay, the service part sucked... that was $400 down the tube, BUT there's something to be said for starting off a crisp sunny Saturday morning with a good book and a great day ahead of you. The mamabear was kind enough to pick me up so I wasn't waiting in Richmond for five hours (there is a limit to finding the beauty in a day from a car service waiting room) and take me for breakfast. We met Danielle for a big Costco shop afterwards, and I have to say, it all made for such a wonderful Saturday morning.

Once I successfully spent a shit ton of money, I met up with the mister to go view a downtown apartment and have a coffee with him and his best friend with the November air and city surrounding us. By the time we got back to his place, I wanted nothing more than to curl up with some tea and this bloody book I could barely put down and I got exactly what I wanted. I could barely muster up the will to get up to go to my parents house to pick up groceries, but even that was a fine addition to the day.
The whole rest of the evening with my love was perfect as well, as was my entire day, to be honest and it's these days - the ordinary days, the days so easily forgotten - that I would really love to remember. So my apologies for the Saturday-play-by-play, but I felt today, it was necessary.
